Refund & Credit Policy

• Placement assessments. The $15 placement assessment fee is credited toward the student's first tutoring session, certificate course enrollment, or EVK Certified Courses Unlimited Access subscription, once payment routing is active.
• Expert consultations. $45 of the consultation fee may be credited toward tutoring or certificate course enrollment if the student enrolls within 30 days of the consultation.
• SAT/ACT practice. Practice payment and credit policies will apply once payment routing is active.
• Tutoring and courses. Specific refund eligibility (e.g., before first session, unused hours, course cancellation) will be confirmed in writing at enrollment.

Online payment is available for consultations, SAT/ACT practice, and tutoring. Placement assessment online payment is being finalized — EVK will confirm payment, scheduling, and applicable credits before any charges are made.
