Refund & Credit Policy

How EVK applies placement, consultation, and course credits. Final policy will be published before payment routing is activated.

  • Placement assessments. The $15 placement assessment fee is credited toward the student's first tutoring session, certificate course enrollment, or EVK Certified Courses Unlimited Access subscription, once payment routing is active.
  • Expert consultations. $49 of the consultation fee may be credited toward tutoring or certificate course enrollment if the student enrolls within 30 days of the consultation.
  • SAT/ACT practice. Practice payment and credit policies will apply once payment routing is active.
  • Tutoring and courses. Specific refund eligibility (e.g., before first session, unused hours, course cancellation) will be confirmed in writing at enrollment.

Payment routing is not yet active on this site. All current submissions are handled in preview mode. EVK will contact each student to confirm payment, scheduling, and applicable credits before any charges are made.
